Our training hall in Hennopspark has dedicated mats, a trophy wall and classes for every level. Kids start in Ninjas and Superheroes. Teens and adults train together. The best go on to compete.

None at all. Beginners are welcome at every age, and the first class is free.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing for your first class. You'll only need a gi once you decide to join.

Do you take part in competitions?
Yes. Our Friday competition squads train kata and kumite, and KarateZone athletes compete at provincial and national level.
